Bookings are made weekly and short breaks are available outside of school holiday weeks. Please browse the calendar to see the availability and price for each week.All weekly bookings run from Saturday evening through to Friday night, with checkout time by 9.30am Saturday morning at the latest. The price quoted is the weekly price for the date indicated.

Holiday cottage rentals during the summer are on a weekly basis with Saturday as the changeover day. However during the winter season we can offer short breaks and flexibility on arrival/departure days. In addition late deals are sometimes available. Please send an email to bookings@mullrentals.com for further information.
Short Breaks – we are flexible with arrival/departure dates. The charge for short breaks is £90 per night off peak, £110 per night during peak times i.e. school holidays.Christmas 2016 at Erisgeir – we are flexible on the changeover days for the Christmas & New Year weeks – please contact me if you are interested in a festive break!

Cottage Rental Terms

  • A £150 non-refundable deposit is due on booking.
  • The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival and is non-refundable unless the cottage can be re-let for the period.  If your arrival at the cottage is within the following 6 week period then the tariff is payable in full.
  • Strictly no smoking.
  • Only very well behaved dogs strictly by prior arrangement only.
  • Check-in 4pm Saturday.
  • Check-out 9.30am Saturday.
  • Maximum capacity – 6 people.
  • Rental charge includes electricity, bed linen and towels. There is Wifi and a coin operated pay phone in the cottage.
  • Baby Facilities – Please note that there is a highchair and a travel cot available for you.
